The one I use
This is the one I use on my face and body.
The Regular version contains carnosine and magnesium. It’s fragrance-free, with no cooling sensation.

For my fitness friends
The menthol version contains the same carnosine and magnesium, alongside menthol, giving it that cooling sensation, and it may provide temporary relief of minor muscle aches and soreness.
It’s made for before, during, or after activity.
There’s no added fragrance, what you smell is the menthol.
Pump bottle
The same Regular gel as the 100 ml tube, in a large pump bottle.
It suits people who use it every day, households where more than one person uses it, and practitioners who use it in their work.

For horses
FortiGo is the horse range from LactiGo. It’s a topical gel containing carnosine and magnesium that you massage in by hand.
There’s nothing to mix into feed and nothing for your horse to swallow or inject.
The 237 ml is a good size to start with, or for one horse. Read more on my page for horse people, including where to check the rules if you compete.
